Why Hard Enamel Badges?
The highest quality of enamel badges is typically considered to be "high-quality hard enamel" or "premium hard enamel".
All our badges are made using a multi-step process that begin with the initial design sketch and manufactured using the die-struck metal, electroplating like gold or silver, and enamel coating. The result is a badge with a smooth, glossy finish and a durable, long-lasting design.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
Yes, you need to be at home to receive your order.
So, please select a day when you will be at home so as not to delay your order.
Placed order but not received a confirmation email
Please check your spam or junk mail. If you are still not able to find it, please contact us via email at info.gourmetservices@gmail.com and include your order number (e.g. #1103).
Not at home, can I re-arrange order delivery day?
If you are not at home when the product is delivered: If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier may leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event.
If you do not re-arrange delivery. If you do not collect the products from us as arranged or if, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. If, despite reasonable efforts, the courier service is unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and we shall not be responsible for refunds and accepting returns from you.
My Tracking Number Is Not Working Or Saying Pending?
Tracking numbers are dealt with by the courier company. Your tracking number may take a while to update.
Please call the courier company if the problem persists, we have no control over delivery once the package has left us.
Wrong Delivery Address
We are not responsible for any lost parcels once shipped so, please review your order at check-out to avoid mistakes and ensure accuracy.
Before the order is shipped, we will email you:
1) order confirmation containing the address
2) a second email to double-check the address and delivery date.
